They were very good. I was very pleased that they changed the move date without charging extra. It was really good. The only thing was that maybe they could be a bit gentler. They didn’t damage anything. They didn’t damage the furniture, but I did have to clean my mattress. Otherwise, it was great. On the phone, they were excellent and provided a great estimate. They didn’t yell at me on the phone when I asked to change the move date. They didn’t charge me for that. Their prices are very competitive. They are one of the cheaper ones out there.

My husband and I used Steinway Vanlines to pack and move out of our apartment, store our belongings for three months, and into a new apartment. When I reached out for a quote, they came out to our apartment to give us an accurate quote and even helped us schedule a move during off-peak timing to help us stick to our budget. During both moves, they arrived right on time and made moving as stress-free as possible. Everything (including a glass bar cart) came back undamaged and they even put everything back together that they had taken apart for the move. Hopefully we don’t have to move again for a long time, but if we do we will be using Steinway Vanlines Moving again.
